Wellbeing Mushroom Tonic 30 Serves: what you are buying
Six named mushroom extracts, one set dose, and a tin that sits next to the coffee.
Six Mushrooms, One Spoon.
Half a teaspoon carries 334mg each of six mushroom extracts: Chaga, Cordyceps, Lion's Mane, Maitake, Turkey Tail and Reishi. That is 2,004mg per 2g serve, all six named on the label.
Stir It Into Your Drink.
Unflavoured powder, no sweetener, colour or flavouring added. Stir into hot water, coffee, tea or a smoothie. In coffee it is close to undetectable; in water it tastes slightly earthy.
Thirty Serves A Tin.
A 60g tin is thirty half-teaspoon serves, so one tin covers a month at one serve a day. That works out to $1.33 a serve, and the metal tin and serving spoon come in the box.
What is in each serve
Six mushroom extracts at 334mg each per half-teaspoon (2g) serve: Chaga, Cordyceps, Lion's Mane, Maitake, Turkey Tail and Reishi. That is the whole ingredient list. No sweetener, colour or flavouring is added.

How To Take It
Half a teaspoon, once a day, stirred into a drink. That is the entire routine.
- Half A Teaspoon. Use the spoon that comes in the tin. One level half-teaspoon is a 2g serve. Any time of day works; most people put it in their first drink of the morning.
- Stir Into A Drink. Pour the powder into the drink and stir straight away until it dissolves. If it sits on top it can clump, so stir before it settles. In coffee you barely taste it.
- One Tin, One Month. One serve a day empties the tin in thirty days. Keep the powder in its paper bag inside the tin with the lid on, away from heat and sun. Need more than a month at a time? The 120-serve pouch is the bigger pack.

Common questions
What do the mushrooms do?
We do not make health claims for these, and you should be wary of anyone who does. It is a food: six named mushroom extracts at a stated dose. What they are and how much is in each serve is on the label, and that is what you are paying for.
How much do I take, and when?
Half a teaspoon (2g), once a day, stirred into a drink. Any time of day. Use the spoon in the tin.
What does it taste like?
Unflavoured. On its own in hot water it is slightly earthy with a hint of nuttiness; reviewers compare it to miso soup or mushroom broth. In coffee, tea or a smoothie most people say they barely taste it.
Does it have sugar or sweetener in it?
No. There is nothing in the tin but the six mushroom extracts. No sweetener, no colour, no flavouring.
Is it gluten-free? Vegetarian?
The only listed ingredients are the six mushroom extracts. We do not print a gluten-free or vegan claim because neither is on the label.
Are the mushrooms organic?
The blend is labelled as organic mushroom extracts. No lab report is published for this product yet, so it does not appear on our testing page.
How is this different from the Wellbeing Gummies?
Same six species at the same 334mg each. The tin is an unflavoured powder you stir into a drink; the gummies are the pineapple chew-and-go version with sweeteners. Same serves per pack, same price per serve.
Can kids take it?
No. Like everything we sell, not suitable for anyone under 18, or for pregnant or breastfeeding women. If you take any medication, check with your GP first.
Is there a bulk option?
Yes. The 120-serve pouch of the same powder is NZD 89.95, which is $0.75 a serve against $1.33 for the tin. That is four tins' worth of the same powder.
