We do not make health claims for these, and you should be wary of anyone who does. They are a food: six named mushroom extracts at a stated dose. What they are and how much is in each serve is on the label, and that is what you are paying for.
How many do I take, and when?

What do they taste like?
Natural pineapple. Reviewers describe them as tasting great. Taste is why the gummy format gets finished.
How much sugar is in them?

Are they gluten-free? Vegetarian?
