AM Mushroom Gummies: what you are buying
Two named mushroom extracts, one set dose, and a bottle that lasts two months.
Two Mushrooms, Named Dose.
Two gummies carry 100mg of Cordyceps militaris extract and 100mg of Lion's Mane extract, both 10:1 concentrates. Two species, 200mg per serve, each one printed on the label.
Two Gummies. Done.
No scoop, no hot water, nothing to stir. Two raspberry gummies in the morning and the serve is done. Fifteen calories, four grams of carbs, and the bottle lives in a bag or desk drawer.
Two Months A Bottle.
Sixty two-gummy serves in the bottle, so one bottle runs two months at one serve a day. That is 120 gummies for $39.95, which works out to 67 cents a serve, or 33 cents a gummy.
What is in each serve
Cordyceps extract (Cordyceps militaris, 10:1) 100mg and Lion's Mane extract (Hericium erinaceus, 10:1) 100mg per two-gummy serve. Other ingredients: maltitol, glucose syrup, isomalt, pectin, citric acid, juice concentrate, raspberry flavour, vegetable oil, carnauba wax.

How To Take Them
Two gummies, first half of the day, on their own. That is the entire routine.
- Two Gummies, Morning. Take two gummies in the first half of the day. The label says on their own, so have them before food or between meals rather than with a big breakfast.
- Chew. Nothing To Mix. They are pectin-set raspberry gummies, so you chew them like any other. No tin to open, no spoon to level, nothing to rinse.
- One Bottle, Two Months. One serve a day empties the bottle in sixty days. Write the date you opened it on the lid and you will know when to reorder.

Common questions
What do the mushrooms do?
We do not make health claims for these, and you should be wary of anyone who does. They are a food: two named mushroom extracts at a stated dose. What they are and how much is in each serve is on the label, and that is what you are paying for.
How many do I take, and when?
Two gummies, once a day, in the first half of the day and on their own. "AM" is the time of day you take them, nothing more.
What do they taste like?
Raspberry. Reviewers describe the taste as nice and as yum. Taste is why the gummy format gets finished.
How much sugar is in them?
Four grams of carbohydrate and fifteen calories per two-gummy serve. They are sweetened with maltitol, glucose syrup and isomalt. There is no low-carb version.
Are they gluten-free? Vegetarian?
Gluten-free, yes. They are pectin-set with no gelatin listed. We do not make a vegan claim because it is not on the label.
Are the mushrooms organic?
The word organic is not on the ingredient panel for this product, so we do not use it. The old Forest Finds listing used it in a marketing line, but the panel is what we go by. No lab report is published for this product, so it does not appear on our testing page.
How is this different from the AM Mushroom Tonic tin?
Same two species. The tin is an unflavoured powder with 1,000mg of each extract per half-teaspoon serve, 30 serves, mixed into a drink. The gummies carry 100mg of each 10:1 extract per two-gummy serve, 60 serves, and you chew them. Same price for the bottle and the tin, so the gummies work out to half the price per serve for one-tenth of the extract.
Can kids take them?
No. Like everything we sell, not suitable for anyone under 18, or for pregnant or breastfeeding women. If you take any medication, check with your GP first.
Is there a bulk option?
No. One price, no tiers. The bottle is already sixty serves, so one bottle covers two months at a serve a day.
