NoWhey Glutamine 250g

L-glutamine is the most abundant amino acid in your muscle tissue, and hard training runs your stores down. Topping them back up with a daily serve supports muscle recovery and repair between sessions. It also plays a wider role in the body - it's used by your immune system and by the cells lining your gut. If you train hard and want to back up your recovery, it's one of the simplest, cheapest additions you can make.

Pure L-glutamine. That's it. No flavouring, no sweeteners, no fillers, no anti-caking agents, no proprietary blend. Other ingredients: none. 250g per tub - 50 serves at 5g (one level teaspoon) each.

Unflavoured, on purpose. It's a fine white powder with almost no taste that dissolves easily in water or juice. That's the point - you can drop it into whatever you're already drinking without changing the flavour, and you're not paying for sweeteners you didn't ask for.

Hard sessions drain the glutamine stored in your muscle, and your body has to rebuild those stores while it repairs the damage you did in the gym. A daily serve helps top the tank back up, supporting muscle repair between sessions and helping you back up training day after day. It's not a stimulant and it won't hit like a pre-workout - it's a quiet background player that supports the recovery side of the equation.

Glutamine isn't just a gym supplement. It's a major fuel source for the cells lining your gut, and your immune cells use it heavily too. That's why plenty of people take it for reasons beyond training - it supports gut health and immune function alongside muscle recovery. Same tub, same 5g serve, more than one job.

Yes. Our glutamine is 3rd-party tested, so what's on the label is what's in the tub. With a single-ingredient powder there's nowhere to hide - no proprietary blend, no filler padding out the scoop. One ingredient, tested, done.

One serve is 5g - a level teaspoon - mixed into water or juice, taken 1 to 3 times daily. That's it. No loading phases, no complicated timing windows. Just work it into your routine and keep it consistent.

Yes. It's a pure, unflavoured, inert powder - stir your serve straight into your protein shake, your creatine drink, or both at once. It won't react with anything and it won't change the taste. One shake, everything in it, done in ten seconds.

The directions are 1 serve, 1-3 times daily - it's built for daily use, and recovery happens on rest days as much as training days. Like most single aminos it's a consistency play, not a one-hit thing. At a serve a day, one 250g tub covers 50 days - about 7 weeks before you need to restock.

60-Day Try-It Guarantee. Use it as directed for up to two months. If you're not happy with how it's backing up your recovery, email sales@nowheydeals.com.au on your first order and we'll make it right - store credit or a swap, or a refund if you'd prefer. Giving it a genuine go and using most of the tub won't count against you. One claim per customer, on top of your NZ and Australian consumer-law rights.
